One of the biggest improvements to the first floor is the custom entertainment center fabricated by Scott, partner of Rissay Ltd. It gives the home owner plenty of storage for his audio/visual equipment, as well open shelves for display. On the right of the piece is now a coat closet, which the room previously lacked.
