Once again the dilapidated soffit and drywall, an oversized bumpout, and water damage on the ceiling by the window...
The soffit was removed completely. The bumpout in the back corner was dramatically reduced to almost half the original size. Most importantly we added additional cabinetry to a space that was vastly underutilized before.
