Coming Up The Stairs- Before & After
The plaster on the wall was attempted to be removed with little success. Generic paneling makes up the ceiling with no insulation. Absolutely no built-in storage / closets.
We added spray foam insulation to the ceiling (which qualifies for Federal Tax Credits) and finished it flush with drywall. We added one large continuous closet on the back wall, finally giving the homeowner the needed storage for his clothes.
