12'x12' Never Felt So Spacious
One of the biggest tasks of this project was to make such a small space, feel more voluminous. A few of the ways we achieved this was by creating additional lighting, the color palette, and efficient floor plans.
On the second floor specifically, we added smaller double doors to the bathroom. This allows you to leave the doors open and be out of the way. The natural daylight of the bathroom can now enter the kitchen space, as well as opening up the two volumes into each other.
